The Corporate and Business Law Journal uses Microsoft Word and WordPerfect on IBM-compatible personal computers. Selected articles from CABLJ may be accessed through Westlaw and LexisNexis. Authors may retain rights in their articles; please request a copy of our Publication Agreement. All authors, however, must agree to inclusion in the Westlaw and LexisNexis databases.

If your article has been formally accepted by another journal, we will make every effort to accommodate a request for expedited review. Our preferred submission venue, Scholastica, provides authors with the option to request expedited review. If your publication decision is contingent upon a response from CABLJ and you require immediate response, please email our Executive Articles Editors.
